In this role, Hicks is charged with leading the Human Resources organization focusing on talent management, leadership development and total rewards. Hicks comes to Alphia with a wealth of experience in human resources, organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement and culture. Hicks most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for APC Automotive Technologies, LLC where she led the overall human resources and talent strategy for the company. Prior to that she held various positions leading Human Resource organizations for Kaman Fluid Power and Kaman Automation, Sierra Cedar, Arcadis and Gates Corporation.
